HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Bluepeak Meadow Press is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for press runs, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on press runs. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with press runs. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
