HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Maple Staffing and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on candidate screening. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with candidate screening. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
