HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Westbrook Yarrow Civic Services Group provides shared administrative services to local governments around Toledo. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. We follow procedures carefully and explain them clearly. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on case files. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with case files. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Toledo. • We reply to every applicant.
