HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Amberfield Sable Markets is a Tulsa retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on pricing. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with pricing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Tulsa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
