HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Bright Quill Health Group runs clinics and patient services around Columbus. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on clinic supplies. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with clinic supplies. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Columbus. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
