HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Stonegate Maple Manufacturing Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for work orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on work orders. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with work orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in New Orleans. • We reply to every applicant.
