HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Northwind Ivory Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Honolulu serving households and small businesses. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on card disputes. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with card disputes. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Honolulu. • We reply to every applicant.
