HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Clearpath Loom Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Tampa. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on cleanroom operations. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with cleanroom operations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
