HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Ironwood Quill Health Group is a healthcare provider in Wichita with clinics and support teams. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 138 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on patient scheduling. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with patient scheduling. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Wichita. • We reply to every applicant.
