HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Summit Pharma Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on batch records. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with batch records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Honolulu. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
