HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Summit Sparrow Arts Center runs a venue and education programmes in Little Rock, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. You would join a large organisation of about 742 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on ticketing. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with ticketing. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
