HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Sable Water Authority and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. Safety and public health guide our decisions. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on water quality. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with water quality. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Cincinnati. • We reply to every applicant.
