HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Summit Granite Markets is a St. Louis retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on supplier deliveries. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with supplier deliveries. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in St. Louis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
