HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

We are growing our team at Cedar Lakeside Energy and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. You would join a large organisation of about 602 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on hardship programmes. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with hardship programmes. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in San Diego. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
