HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Bluepeak Basin Civic Services is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for constituent requests, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 38 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on constituent requests. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with constituent requests. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Hartford. • We reply to every applicant.
