HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Cedar Banking Services Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 20 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on fraud alerts. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with fraud alerts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in St. Louis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
