HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Highbridge Kestrel Staffing Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for retention, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are in the people business and act like it. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on retention. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with retention. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in San Diego. • We reply to every applicant.
