HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Fernwood Vale Construction is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for project schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on project schedules. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with project schedules. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Baltimore. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
