HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Stonegate Ember Water Authority operates treatment plants and pipelines around Las Vegas. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. Safety and public health guide our decisions. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on billing accounts. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with billing accounts. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Las Vegas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
