HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

We are growing our team at Redstone Corner Markets and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. Managers started on the floor. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on store inventory. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with store inventory. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Toledo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
