HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Redstone Junction Community Partners is a Cincinnati charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. We are small enough to know everyone's name. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on benefits enrolment. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with benefits enrolment. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Cincinnati. • We reply to every applicant.
