HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Silverline Ivory Freight moves freight for manufacturers and retailers out of Salt Lake City, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. We reward reliability. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on loads and lanes. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with loads and lanes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Salt Lake City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
