HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Fernwood Pine Financial is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for loan applications, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on loan applications. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with loan applications. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Wichita. • We reply to every applicant.
