HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Highbridge Fern Transit Planning is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for service alerts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service alerts. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with service alerts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Kansas City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
