HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Cedar Pike Manufacturing is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for tooling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We value people who work safely and speak up. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on tooling. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with tooling. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Jacksonville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
