HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Cedar Ashton Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Anchorage, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on client sites. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with client sites. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Anchorage. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
