HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Summit Maple Community Partners Group is a St. Louis charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. We are small enough to know everyone's name. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on grant reporting. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with grant reporting. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
