HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Rivermark Summit Financial provides savings, lending and payment services from Houston. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. Career paths are clear. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on regulatory reports. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with regulatory reports. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Houston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
