HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Nova Wren Arts Center runs a venue and education programmes in Milwaukee, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. We run on creativity, deadlines and a lot of goodwill. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on ticketing. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with ticketing. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Milwaukee. • We reply to every applicant.
