HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Clearpath Wilder Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in St. Louis, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on complaint handling. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with complaint handling. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in St. Louis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
