HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Highbridge Glen Facilities Group cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Wichita, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on contractor visits. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with contractor visits. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Wichita. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
