HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Redstone Corner Construction is a Phoenix contractor with project managers, trades and support staff, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on safety records. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with safety records. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Phoenix. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
