HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Bright Basin Facilities Group is a facilities company in Tulsa with crews on day and night shifts, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on contractor visits. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with contractor visits. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Tulsa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
