HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Ironwood Linden Foods Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for ingredient orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 124 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on ingredient orders. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with ingredient orders. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Austin. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
