HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Pine Community Partners and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. We are small enough to know everyone's name. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on grant reporting. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with grant reporting. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Richmond. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
