HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Stonegate Maple Press prints books, catalogues and packaging from its Providence plant, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on press runs. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with press runs. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Providence. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
