HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

We are growing our team at Bright Mill Farms and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 26 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on harvest schedules. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with harvest schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Albuquerque. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
