HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Clearpath Loom Auto Group is a Fresno company supplying vehicle parts and service, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on supplier deliveries. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with supplier deliveries. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Fresno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
