HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Cedar Energy is an energy provider in Salt Lake City focused on reliable service and fair billing. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. You would join a large organisation of about 361 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on billing disputes. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with billing disputes. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Salt Lake City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
