HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Bluepeak Sable Auto Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for vehicle inspections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on vehicle inspections. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with vehicle inspections. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Detroit. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
