HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Fernwood West Care Services is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for caregiver training, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on caregiver training. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with caregiver training. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Miami. • We reply to every applicant.
