HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Summit Harbor Energy Group is an energy provider in Chicago focused on reliable service and fair billing. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on usage data. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with usage data. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Chicago. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
