HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Greenridge Vista Manufacturing is a Denver manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 94 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on machine downtime. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with machine downtime. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
