HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Amberfield Cobalt Auto Group is a Boise company supplying vehicle parts and service. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 160 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on supplier deliveries. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with supplier deliveries. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Boise. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
