HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Nova Willow Construction is a Tampa contractor with project managers, trades and support staff, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on change orders. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with change orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
