HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Cedar Fern Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Denver serving households and small businesses, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on account openings. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with account openings. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
