HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

We are growing our team at Bright Cross Facilities and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on work orders. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with work orders. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Denver. • We reply to every applicant.
