HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Highbridge Haven Medical is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for complaint handling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on complaint handling. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with complaint handling. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Columbus. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
