HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

We are growing our team at Bright Quarry Environmental Services and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on collection routes. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with collection routes. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Milwaukee. • We reply to every applicant.
