HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

We are growing our team at Northwind Granite Financial and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on loan applications. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with loan applications. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Birmingham. • We reply to every applicant.
